Vivid Reports, an innovator in Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management software solutions and creators of Vivid Reports™, is currently seeking a Sales Consultant, with a passion for technology and software, and a little accounting knowledge, to join our team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with a sales mentality. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships and earn the trust of our valued customers and business partners while achieving established sales results. This is a remote position for candidates who are legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Understanding our client’s needs, and how our software fills them
• Meticulous record keeping of all sales activity in our CRM system
• Writing, updating and maintaining documentation
• Utilizing social media for lead generation, cold calling/emailing
• Negotiation
• Relationship development

Requirements

• History in software sales in ERP, reporting, and related areas

• Completion of University degree or diploma

Developer and Support

Vivid Reports™, an innovator in Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management software solutions, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our development and support team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills. This is a remote position for candidates who are legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Financial report and budget template development, writing dynamic reports, KPIs, and dashboards, including advanced SQL, data mining and data analysis
• Software development, testing and feedback
• Providing timely and professional support and troubleshooting via telephone, email, and remote control for new and existing customers and partners
• Performing installations, configurations, upgrades, conversions, server moves and more
• Assist with documentation and training materials to help orient customers and partners on the proper use of the Vivid Reports software
• Documentation of problems and resolutions for future reference
• Other IT duties and functions as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in writing complex T‐SQL code, SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions
• Experience with Microsoft Management Studio, SQL Server 2008+ and Database design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel®
• Able to perform data analysis and demonstrate how to organize, connect, and present information in highly efficient and meaningful ways
• Experience in programming using .Net (C#, VB.net)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and concepts would be an asset
• Knowledge of, or experience with, advanced ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, and SAGE is a plus
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
